SINCE THE END OF APARTHEID....

Since the end of apartheid with its ugly injustices, black unemployment has more than doubled and black under employment has become incalculable.. Black infant mortality has climbed steadily while black longevity has declined steadily. Out of control violent crime and corruption have driven the middle class increasingly out of the country and with it so much of the nation's professional class, skilled labour, and business community. As farm murders are turning a fertile and  prosperous nation into an agricultural wasteland as happened in Zimbabwe. Compounded poverty and lost hope are the only results in the "new" South Africa, which has for most people become worse than the old one of over twenty years ago?

WAS NOT THE OLD ONE BAD ENOUGH?
WAS NOT APARTHEID DAMAGING ENOUGH TO OUR NATION AND OUR PEOPLE OF ALL COMMUNITIES?

It is a sad day indeed when economically black South Africans particularly were better off under a racist system and when a nation with a developed infrastructure is deteriorating into the same future-less despondency that has shamefully defined most of post-colonial Africa with very few exceptions.

Yet after 20 years of unchallenged power the ANC government consistently unable to deliver a future and unwilling to accept responsibility for the fiasco of the present can only blame the past.

There is no need for South Africa to condemn itself to the bleak future of a Zimbabwe, an Angola, or a Mozambique or be submersed in a violent impoverished culture of bigotry, tribalism, and corruption.

Our nation and our people deserve better than the repression of apartheid or the oppression of the ANC.
